Purchase Price

$1.8M – $2.2M, depending on quality, growth, and industry

Stage

Established, with an existing customer base, employees, and operating processes already in place

Growth Opportunity

Preference for businesses with identifiable room for continued growth, operational improvement, or professionalization

Industry

Service and technology-enabled businesses preferred (B2B preferred, B2C considered). Open to other industries where we can add value as an owner-operator

Financing

100% ownership. Self-funded, with SBA 7(a) financing likely covering roughly half, and the remainder in cash

Geography

Austin / Central Texas preferred. Open to businesses elsewhere that can be effectively managed with limited on-site travel
